However we should also sort out some harmful information for our society's mood or offending individual right but also false information. We should limit some information to access.

For example military information should not be access to normal people, military information is very important if it is access to anybody during the war people will figure it out the secret of our military information or weakness. So the other country will win the war. Or if people know the discharged prisoner the discharged prisoner will be hard to adapt to the society, because people will treat them badly.

If we are in the war in the condition of knowing all the information about the enemy the victory will be ours because we know all the weaknesses. Also we will know all the strong point of the enemy, so we should avoid that making us having a advantage that will be one of the reason and examples why we should limit the information. Another one will be for individuals right even though the prisoner did do bad things once they are discharge they are forgiven people by government our society. They are free man but what will people think? They will avoid people from jails, not that their characteristic is bad well it could be bad.
